Prohibited Items Policy

Last updated: 21 Jul 2026

To keep our network safe and compliant with courier partner and regulatory requirements, the following items must never be booked for shipment through Eaglewing, regardless of declared value or packaging.

1. Prohibited Categories

  • Cash, currency, negotiable instruments, and bearer securities.
  • Narcotics, psychotropic substances, and drug paraphernalia.
  • Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and fireworks.
  • Live animals, plants, and perishable biological specimens.
  • Human remains or body parts.
  • Counterfeit goods or items infringing intellectual property rights.
  • Precious stones, bullion, and unset precious metals (unless a courier partner explicitly supports high-value/insured shipment of such goods).
  • Pornographic or obscene material.
  • Items whose import, export, or domestic transport is restricted or banned under applicable law.

2. Restricted Items (Case-by-Case)

Some items are not outright prohibited but require additional documentation, insurance, or courier-specific approval — for example, high-value electronics, alcohol (where legally transportable), and certain regulated chemicals. Contact us before booking if you are unsure whether an item is restricted.

3. Dangerous Goods

Items classified as dangerous goods (flammable, corrosive, or hazardous materials) are governed separately by our Dangerous Goods Policy and must never be declared as ordinary cargo.

4. Consequences of Non-Compliance

Shipments found to contain prohibited items may be held, seized, reported to authorities, or destroyed in accordance with law and courier partner policy. The booking merchant remains liable for any resulting fines, penalties, or losses, and the account may be suspended or blocked.
